**Job summary**:

The role will help shape the FCDO’s operational management and delivery of it’s transactional services, in alignment with our purchase to pay and the broader Government Finance Function principles. You will use your operational and customer-facing expertise to enhance and mature our operating model, ensuring FCDO is a trusted steward of public money.

You will play an important role in the FCDO’s overall operational strategy, including the development of a sustainable operating model for our Overseas Pensions team, a key public-facing operation delivering best in class

service to often vulnerable customers across the world. Our goal is to support the organisation deliver it’s financial, development and legislative commitments as efficiently and effectively as possible, while bring added value to the customer experience.
