**Client Support Assistant**
Our client, is growing their sales and support team, due to continued success.
We are now looking for an individual to join the Client Support team, where you will be the main point of contact for any existing clients and their queries.
This role could suit an individual from a customer service background, who is keen to take that next step in their career.
You will be joining a friendly and sociable team so personality is key. You will also gain the opportunity to work with a very supportive and motivational manager.
Interviews are taking place immediately, and the role will only require you to attend the office three times per month (but you must be a car driver due to location).
**The Role & Duties**:
- Develop and manage a support relationship with top tier clients
- Provide an Account Support role to the top tier Partners and attending Partner face
- to face meetings when required
- Communicate any internal procedures or clients requests
- Ensure that Service issues are logged and tracked to completion and reported to line manager weekly in the service issue
- meeting.
- Take ownership and follow up Pricing requests / underwriting issues
- Provide dedicated account management support to specified key accounts and Performance Managers to ensure new and existing facilities are set up correctly
- Ensure contract renewals are identified ahead of time and supported with the performance manager
