Flight Operations Executive Role

To join our growing team, we seek someone confident, articulate, and proactive.

The program includes full training and the chance to further develop a career within the private jet charter industry.

This is a full-time and permanent role located close to Gatwick Airport.

Duties would include, but not be limited to:

- Pre-flight operational checks and proactive monitoring of positioning and live flights,
- Utilizing the CFMU portal to monitor ATC slots,
- Update clients on flight movements and flight status,
- Creating flight briefs for both clients and internal use,
- Coordinating with airlines and third-party suppliers, including handling agents, FBOs, aircraft crew and caterers,
- Keeping up to date with worldwide travel restrictions,
- Producing accurate passenger manifests and coordinating updates between clients and operators,
- Airport representation and occasional flight riding.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
