Our client, a global retailer, requires a **Finance Technical Analyst** to join the Corporate Finance and National department.

Act as a single point of contact for our national department in GB and IE in addition to various other financial planning responsibilities.

Starting salary will be **£48,515, rising to £55,885**

**_Responsibilities of the successful Financial Technical Analyst_**
- Prepares ongoing full month sales projections.
- Consolidates and analyses the monthly financial projections.
- Liaises with National IT to maintain the suite of SAP reports to verify system changes are incorporated, thus ensuring the provision of accurate management data.
- Assists with the financial projection management commentary.
- Prepares national full year forecasts (monthly reporting pack), including international
- Submission of financial planning data to the international office using the financial planning platform.
- Analyses deviations between actual financial results and projection.
- Assists with the month end financials management commentary.
- Responds to international key figure development queries.
- Prepares the annual financial planning guideline.
- Reviews the national/regional annual financial planning data.
- Single point of contact for financial planning for a region.
- Maintains the regional director booklet.

**_The successful Financial Analyst must possess:_**
- CIMA or equivalent (part qualified would be considered)
- Experience in working with a large corporate environment
- Experience in reviewing financial information
- Proven history of working within a financial data analysis position
- Experience in Financial planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of Business Partnering is desirable
- Experience in working with various stakeholders in preparation of financial budgets
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
