**Uniserve** is seeking a **Customer Services Supervisor** to join our team at our excellent facility in Felixstowe (FMDC). In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and developing quality relationships with our existing customers and internal business units.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage existing customer accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Prepare customer reviews and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with warehouse departments to streamline communication.
- Identify and propose improvements to continuously enhance our operations.
- Complete necessary training to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Uphold a professional image of Uniserve to all clients and customers.

**What you'll bring**:

- Minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word & Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a customer-facing role and adapt to change.
- Problem-solving skills with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, be well-organised and meet deadlines.
- Desire to learn and contribute across the W+T Commercial Team.
