**Ecommerce Manager - Hastings (Hybrid Working - 1 to 2 days per week) - £70,000 - Retail**

This exciting company are a world leader in their sector, and are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to come in and make the role their own. Overseeing the performance of a dedicated partner agency, the Ecommerce Manager will focus on everything from CRM,to Trading, and even Paid Media aiming to drive traffic to their website.

Not only is this a great opportunity to make your mark on a successful business, but it also allows for international experience, as the majority of the brand’s business comes from the US Based in Hastings, this role is on a hybrid basis requiring officeworking 1 - 2 days per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day to day management of the brand website
- Monitoring inventory to ensure key selling lines have accessible stock maximising our opportunity to sell
- Management of the partner agency when it comes to paid media
- Driving traffic to the website via CRM initiatives
- Ownership of strategy projects aligned to branding, growth and automation which impact eCommerce channels
- Supporting other departments with strategy projects where eCommerce plays a role
- A proven track record of growing brands profitably
- Previous senior Ecommerce experience
- A strong stakeholder manager (internal and external)
- Commercially focused with a flair for data
