- We have an exciting opportunity within the Graduation Team for someone to join us in reviewing, organising and executing Graduation events for our partner London School of Commerce, in the role of Graduation Operational Lead (LSC). Working within an enthusiastic team, the role holder will be required to develop and support these events, year on year improving student experience and making sure we offer the best possible graduation events. This is a very rewarding job/role, getting to see the events from planning stage through to fruition and to contribute to any positive change moving forward.

Please find some further information below:

- 3-year fixed term position (an initial 2-year secondment with the option of further extension can be offered with the agreement from all parties)
- First 3 to 6 months in office (Augustine House) learning on job, after which hybrid working generally 2 days in office 3 days working from home however, in office everyday week prior to event and event week
- Event management is a key skill, however, we are keen to consider those who can think outside the box when being put on the spot. Feel comfortable working independently and making on the spot decisions. A positive can-do attitude, wanting to change with the times providing the best possible experience to our students, which may involve last minute changes and continual review of process. Able to communicate with people at all levels and build solid relationships with suppliers.
- Training will predominantly be on the job. Various systems will be used SITS (the University’s student record database), Enet for graduation gowns, MSForms. Meetings may be in-person, or via teams, need to feel comfortable chairing.

There is a 2 week period in which you can express interest, followed by an in-person conversation/interview with Graduation Manager, Graduation Operational Lead and possibly the UK Partner Manager for LSC. Please refer to the dates below:
