Part-time Sales Administrator

Our client is a world class manufacturing company, with a unique and interesting product, based in outstanding offices in Horsforth and they are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.

This is a part time role and will be contracted to 25 hours per week, working either 3 full days or Monday to Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm.

The responsibilities of the Sales Administrator will include:

- Processing simple product sales orders.
- Providing order acknowledgements and/or proforma invoices to the customers nominated contact.
- Changing delivery dates on orders following parts shortages or customer changes
- Dealing with queries from customers and sales engineers.
- Updating manufacturing orders to cater for any part changes because of red spot orders or design changes.
- Ensuring SharePoint information is kept accurate and up to date.
- Advising Sales and Applications of latest lead times.
- Managing order rescheduling and cancellations.
- Assistance with other customer services tasks and functions within the department

About you:

- Experience using SAP (desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work within a team and between departments.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong communication skills.
