We’re looking for an experienced eCommerce Executive who is passionate to play a key role in helping to grow our client’s online store. In this role, you will take responsibility for the customer journey through content, campaigns and optimisation.

**What you’ll be doing?**

Working as part of the eCommerce team, you work closely with the eCommerce Manager to generate an online trading strategy that focuses on delivering growth as well as being hands on with promotional codes.

You will also be responsible for the on-site experience and developing the customer journey through merchandising across both sites, making sure that all content is correct and SEO friendly as well as having ownership of on-site recommendations and optimising the placement on the website. You’ll work closely with other internal teams to deliver campaigns in order to drive footfall to the website.

Finally, there will be an analytical side of the role where you will constantly review website performance and functionality and analyse customer behaviour and report your findings and recommendations for improvements.

**What experience you’ll need to apply?**
- At least 2 year’s experience in an eCommerce related role
- Demonstratable experience merchandising and campaign management
- Knowledge of CMS/eCommerce platforms
- Strong working knowledge of analytics software
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise and adapt
- Understanding of HTML/CSS principles and can make minor front-end changes
- A real team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
