Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Laundry Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Laundry and ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory and customer own goods linen. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Laundry staff
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Oversee the receiving, cleaning, and shipping of linen
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely processing of linen
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Organise staff rotas
- Meet customers who bring in Linen and collect linen.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a laundry leadership role
- Strong knowledge of laundry operations and inventory management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Ability to answer phones in clear english dealing with customer queries
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
