Planner

Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Planner for a well-established company based in Glasgow.

The role is to provide support administration and services management. You will be responsible for the management of Case Clean/PPM Planning and their processes.

Typically, you will be working 37.5hrs per week. Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30.

**Main duties and responsibilities are**:

- Be responsible for the management/control of the Case Clean/PPMs process.
- Be responsible for ensuring Compliance is upheld.
- Be financially responsible for Case Clean and Maintenance contracts.
- Understand the varied processes for service client’s contract & accounting.
- To support the contracts account/service managers.
- Be responsible for the administration team’s training/development needs.
- Be responsible to ensure all administration process are followed.
- To ensure controls are met to identify any outstanding purchase orders and unissued parts.
- To ensure controls are met for the recording of legislative documentation to meet the client/company recommendations.
- Comply with statutory, Company and regulatory H&S rules and regulations.
- Ensure correct PPE is worn / used when required in accordance with Company requirements.
- Escalate issues which cannot be resolved locally, to next in line and H&S Manager.
- Ensure all required H&S paperwork is signed and completed in accordance with job requirements.
- Liaise with the H&S Manager on matters as required.

**Key attributes and skills**:

- Extensive administration knowledge on Excel and Microsoft packages.
- Work as part of a team.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
