DESCRIPTION

FINANCIAL ADVISER ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: BURY
SALARY: 23,000 - 27,000

NJR Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established practice of Independent Financial Advisers based in the centre of Bury. Due to an increased workload, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Financial Services Administrator to carry out full support to the Managing Partner as well as an additional Consultant.

" Liaising with Director and Clients over various matters
" Liaising with Pi (Network) on ongoing suitability
" Preparing, Processing and submitting new business
" Preparation of documents for Client meetings / compliance and audit purposes
" Replacement product questionnaires (using templates)
" Facilitating income drawdown, tax free cash, income and phased retirement payment from various platforms
" Answering the phone on queries to clients and platform providers
" Updating and maintaining our back-office database
" Writing suitability reports for new business, existing client business, including ad hoc letters (using templates where available)
