We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team At Harry's in Exeter. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. **Duties**:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience
- Ensure tables are properly set up with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests
- Process guest payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working as a Server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of culinary terms, menu items, and beverage selections is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
