Optima Staffing Solutions is a premier health and social care recruitment agency including temporary, contracted, locum, and permanent positions. We supply Nurses (RMNs, RGNs, and RNLDs) and Health Care Assistants with varied experience (mental health, general medicine, nursing homes, rehabilitation wards) to health and social care providers in public and private/independent sectors. Our approach is to work collaboratively with our clients to ensure that the care they deliver is safe, compassionate and of the highest quality.
- 360 recruitment is essential for this role
- Able to undertake both recruitment and busness development activities and bring in new clients.
- Running campaigns on social media platforms.
- Requesting new documents such as certificates or training qualifications when they are due to expire
- **Key Skills**:

- Excellent Communications skills
- Advanced Microsoft office skills with an ability to become familiar with the firm's-specific programs and software
- Excellent written maths and English skills
- Able to work well and get along with people of all social segments

**Previous experience in compliance and business development in a Recruitment environment is essential for this job**

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
