**Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

**£25,000 - £27,000**

Chase Associates Ltd have been supporting businesses since 1994. We recruit and provide both temporary and permanent staff within Gloucestershire.

As a senior consultant you’ll primarily be responsible for identifying and on-boarding new clients as well as growing business within our existing client base.

A high level of pro-active and creative telesales will be involved in this position to establish relationships, identify opportunities for new business and on-board new clients. You’ll attend on-site client meetings to fully understand the working environment and assist in the recruitment and management of our workforce.

- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- The ability to problem-solve and think outside the box.
- Drive and enthusiasm to succeed and be a ‘team player’.
- Ability to call and discuss with hiring managers, HR & team leaders.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm, 1 hour lunch.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
