**Technical Administrator**

**Up to £24,000**

**Tredegar**

**Monday - Friday - 9am-5pm**

Yolk Recruitment are excited to support a company on an ambitious growth journey, in their search for a Technical Administrator to support their growing Research & Development and Quality Teams.

**This is what you'll be doing as Technical Administrator**:

- Providing general administration support for the R&D & Quality team.
- Updating documentation and records using a range of different IT systems to ensure compliance and accuracy of data.
- Reviewing technical jobs and non-conformance reports logged on the computer system and contributing to reporting.
- Ensuring up to date training requirements are met and records are kept, communicating with relevant managers as required.
- Collating information and data for reports, taking ownership to obtain and collect the data and information.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication and working relationships.
- Attending and minuting meetings as required.
- Supporting internal and external audits, including suppliers.
- Identifying areas of improvement within the Quality Management Systems (QMS) and supporting the implementation of change.
- Creating, reviewing, and updating documents within the QMS, including formatting to company style.

**The experience you'll bring to the team**:

- Articulate and confident communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain effective and robust working relationships.
- Strong admin experience and use of various software packages.
- Proven experience of working within a similar role, with experience of audit and compliance within a technical facilities management environment.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Experience of being proactive and reactive.
- Proven IT skills, ability to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Good understanding of Health and Safety at Work regulations.

**Desirable skills**:

- Experience working in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in quality management systems and document management.
- First Aid Certificate.
