Do you want to work for a company built upon a therapeutic approach to childcare? We are seeking several Deputy Managers for a large and well-established provider of care for Children and Young People.
They have positions available in Swansea, Neath and Cardiff. The organisation is built upon understanding and helping children, not just caring for them.
Your new role
You will be a Deputy Manager in a residential home, supported by therapeutic practitioners and a strong learning & development program. You will be based in a home with children and young people from a whole range of ages (home dependant), supporting them tolive their lives fully.
The organisation has a foundation in helping and developing both its residents and staff, and you will be a key part of this. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with aspirations to become a Registered Manager in Children & Young People's settings.
What you'll need to succeed
- QCF 3 (Children preferred, adults considered)
- Demonstratable experience leading teams in a care setting
- Demonstratable experience in a residential or children's setting
- Ability to drive a manual vehicle
- Ambition to become a leader
- Experience with therapeutic approaches to care (advantageous)
