I am delighted to be supporting an award-wining and AJ100 practice based in County Durham who due to significant wins on projects, are looking to expand their technical team. My client prides themselves on their design excellence across a variety of projects,with some of their recent work including the Mixed Use, Retail, Leisure, Hospitality, Housing, Education and Care sectors.

**Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist**:

- Ideally CIAT accredited or working towards chartership.
- Relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology.
- Good knowledge of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
- Previous experience with NBS specification writing.
- Strong technical abilities demonstrated throughout your portfolio.
- Attend regular technical team and site meetings.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Ability to manage workload effectively whilst keeping to a high standard of work.
- Able to work to a good standard both individually and as part of a team.
- My client offers flexible working where 1 day can be home based, 2+ in their Darlington studio and the other days can be made up in their Newcastle/ Leeds studio dependant on your location. _
