**Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist**:

- Ideally CIAT accredited or working towards chartership.
- Relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology.
- Good knowledge of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
- Previous experience with NBS specification writing.
- Strong technical abilities demonstrated throughout your portfolio.
- Attend regular technical team and site meetings.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Ability to manage workload effectively whilst keeping to a high standard of work.
- Able to work to a good standard both individually and as part of a team.
- My client offers flexible working where 1 day can be home based, 2+ in their Darlington studio and the other days can be made up in their Newcastle/ Leeds studio dependant on your location. _
