- Achieve a high standard of accuracy when completing paperwork and when using IT systems
- To support all opportunities to increase sales and develop the business of Belron UK Ltd, whilst supporting effective cost management and enhancing customer service
- Consistently support the Supply Chain team in meeting or exceeding key performance measures
- To liaise effectively and build strong relationships with both internal and external customers, including Supply Chain teams and wholesale customers
- To undertake training and coaching as required to increase personal skills to achieve performance standards
- Contribute towards the engagement and effectiveness of the team
- To support the wholesale team activities concerning customer relationships and the Supply Chain wholesale strategy
- To effectively manage and use the Customer Relationship Management tool to support good customer interaction and identify opportunities and key issues.
- To process and manage all customer orders, returns and any other administration duties required.
- To handle, manage and resolve customer escalations and any other disruption to their service on a daily basis.
- Support Key Customer Account management through handling day to day enquiries and issues.
- Specialise in identification, order management and purchasing of special orders
- Use external identification systems to provide wholesale customers with an exceptional service.

**Scale** of Role**:
The Supply Chain Hub Coordinator, working as a team, will contribute towards supporting the Supply Chain MDC network, dealing with internal and external customers, to help generate significant wholesale revenue.
