Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults, and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull. Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.

**This is Temporary Role**

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- To support the maintenance craftsman in carrying out his role. Able to undertake routine maintenance tasks.
- The Post-Holder will use IT systems to generate, receive and communicate a range of routine information, e.g. creating job dockets, works orders.
- In order to minimise patient, client or service disruption, appropriate communication must be undertaken, by liaising with staff, patients and clients.
- The post holder will be adaptable and proactive providing a flexible approach and will respond to the needs of the service.
- Responsible for own equipment, tools and materials ensuring they are always kept safe and do not come into the hands of patients or clients; good working practises must be always followed.
- Responsible for ensuring all equipment, tools, materials and debris are removed once the work is complete.

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems, building trades
- knowledge of Building trade work
- Hold UK full driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills
- Have well-mannered approach
