Working exclusively with a fantastic business based in the South East of England, I am looking for an experienced Change Manager to provide HR advice around pay, benefits, reward and compensation.

**Requirements**:

- To ensure that policies and procedures are in line with changes that are implemented following the review of the current pay and grade structure, including any changes that may be required with any other benefits
- Ensuring effective communication between stakeholders within the areas that you will work closely with
- Produce reports for the change project as and when required
- Build stakeholder relationships
- Lead and guide the HR Team on the design of any new Pay and Grade structure (where this is an outcome of your review)
- Guide the implementation of relevant policies and processes whilst working closely with all key stakeholders
- Ensure transitionary plans and processes are in place in order to maintain any new structures, policies and processes after changes have been implemented
- Support the agenda for transformation and be a trusted HR expert advisor for all matters on compensation and benefits

**About You**
- Successful experience working at a senior HR level within compensation and benefits.
- Proven track record of reviewing pay and grade structures
- Solid experience with job evaluations such as the
- Experience of building strong relationships and are a trusted expert when giving HR Advice
- Experience of managing projects and achieving to successful outcomes
- Experience of working collaboratively with HR and Payroll teams
