**Job Description (Posting).**

To guide and mentor a team of skilled employees in assigned projects,create and review the concepts of how the product would appear to the user in terms of information layout and workflow through the screens and enhance the user experience or usability of the product. (1.) To understand the user and create a persona (user description) and scenario (interaction with product). (2.) To conventionalize the screens and wire framing them, sharing with all stakeholders and iterate the wireframe screens. (3.) To review the current product (heuristic evaluation), competitor product analysis, customer feedback (4.) To test with sample users to ensure that the developed output meets the requirements specified (5.) To consistently and systematically mentororReview a team of User Experience Designers.
