**Job Title**:Treasury Accountant 6 month FTC
**Location**:Chiswick
**Salary**: £55k dependent on experience

**Overall Purpose of the Role**
To oversee the preparation and administration of the bank accounts, including receipts and payments, cash and loans and prepare the monthly bank reconciliations of all bank accounts within the UK& Ireland to the monthly ledger.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the daily cash balances across all bank accounts with surplus funds sweeping into an interest bearing account and including BACS cover account.
- Responsible for loading all cash balances from the operating systems to reconcile with the physical cash received daily.
- Management and error resolution of the Daily Posting Journals.
- To ensure that all reconciliations that are carried out are prepared in a format for audit purposes.
- To set-up any new bank accounts and ensure that the transition for new acquisitions runs smoothly.

- Develop, document and maintain proper controls and procedures
- Write, amend and update Company Policies and Procedures as required.

**Skills**

- Word
- Excel intermediate to advanced
- Power Point

**Qualifications**
- Part qualified or fully qualified accountant / Treasury qualification

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of managing and balancing corporate bank accounts.

**Experience**
- Experience of reconciling income bank accounts using an Excel based system and access database
- Experience of reconciling credit card transactions
- Experience of Multi site businesses and site cash controls and procedures
