**The Role**

The Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator plays a pivotal role within our busy Head Office, in Bournemouth, and is primarily responsible for all administration duties required by the National Sales & Marketing Director and assisting with project work co-ordination of sales and marketing activities.

You will support with duties related to the coordination of Sales and Marketing activities, which will include obtaining and collating accurate information required for reports, taking and transcribing minutes of meetings, supporting with the organisation of photoshoots/marketing literature, assisting with web updates and marketing campaign planning.

**Your Attributes**

**You will have**:

- Ideally educated to A level or equivalent.
- Ideally previous Sales and Marketing planning, administration and coordination experience preferably gained in a similar environment.
- Sound Microsoft Office and database administration skills. A working knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous. Other computer or office administration qualifications would be an advantage; training will be given for the systems used within the department.
