**Property Inspector**

Digna Recruitment is working with an esteemed client, based in Southgate, London N14.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

- Carry out property inspections
- Carry out occupancy checks
- Report any maintenance issues
- Take supporting photos
- Meet new social housing tenants and give them their keys, and complete some paperwork
- Deliver keys to clients, agents and contractors as necessary
- Take meter readings
- Carry out inspections with local authority inspectors
- Provide access to properties, for instance, sub-contractors, inspectors, council agents, utility companies
- Complete NPA report for the local authority (excel spreadsheet)
- Deliver letters and other documentation
- Get keys cut and deliver them to the appropriate person
- Management of small fleet of vehicles
- Checking smoke alarms and co detectors
- Ad-hoc duties

They are looking for someone who has the following
- Good communicator
- Self-motivated
- Reliable
- Good IT skills
- Good written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good eye for detail
- Full UK Driving licence
- Can do attitude

The salary is dependent on experience and will be between £24,000 and £28,000 per annum, and you will receive 20 days paid annual leave, as well as bank holidays, and you will be able to join the company pension scheme.
