Accommodation Supervisor

We are a 50bed hotel providing temporary accommodation to support vulnerable male asylum seekers. The role holder will act as point of contact for the service users providing effective and accurate information. The role holder will ensure the safe and efficient running of the temporary accommodation scheme.

You will be key in the day to day running of our supported accommodation. The priority in your role includes the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our accommodation.

Duties
- You will log all incidents to make sure we have an accurate record of events.
- Ensure that fire regulations are adhered to, carryout daily fire walks of the premises.
- Monitor Health & Safety of the premises log all issues at that arise.
- Log and report all maintenance to the maintenance supervisor.

Working 28hrs per week -You will be expected to work a shift pattern of early shift 8am-3pm and late shift 3pm to 10pm. Fixed days can be arranged.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
