Accommodation Supervisor

We are a 50bed hotel providing temporary accommodation to support vulnerable asylum seekers. The role holder will act as point of contact for the service users providing effective and accurate information. The role holder will ensure the safe and efficient running of the temporary accommodation scheme.

You will be key in the day to day running of our supported accommodation. The priority in your role includes the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our accommodation.

Duties
- You will log all incidents to make sure we have an accurate record of events.
- Ensure that fire regulations are adhered to, carryout daily fire walks of the premises.
- Monitor Health & Safety of the premises log all issues at that arise.
- Log and report all maintenance to the maintenance supervisor.

The working hours will be from 4pm to 10pm 3 days per week including weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fallowfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
