**TRAINER**

The Trainer will play a pivotal role in our future plans for continued growth and long-term success.
**Trainer Requirements** - 3 years’ experience as a trainer and facilitator is essential, preferably in leadership and management. - Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. - Be well presented with the ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism. - Confident and comfortable leading on all training type activities. - Excellent networking and influencing skills. - Proactive, focused, and motivated. - Team oriented. - Computer literate. - Willingness to travel. - Full UK Driving License. - A qualification in coaching is desirable.

Location: Winchester Hours: neg (both full and part time hours considered) Salary: 40-50K FTE (dependant on experience) Benefits: Flexible Working, WFH, Enhanced pension scheme, Enhanced holiday entitlement (increasing with length of service), Enhanced sickness benefit, PMI, company bonus.
