**THE COMPANY**
This fantastic company is an industry leader, having been consistently growing its services, client base and reputation for over 20 years and now employing close to 500 people. They offer a wide range of services including event management, business and grouptravel, venue finding and event technology across a broad client base with a heavy leaning towards professional services.
Events can range from a VIP meeting in London for 50 delegates, to a high end meeting for 300 or a partner conference for up to 2,000 across the globe There is now an exciting opportunity to join their team within an Event Registration Specialist position.
**THE ROLE**
As Event Registration Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the successful build and implementation of their delegate registration websites via Cvent. Responsibilities will include:

- Working with clients to understand the brief
- Providing designs and suitable solutions in line with this brief
- Preparing scopes of work (timelines) for the project
- Building event registration websites through Cvent
- Implementing key comms activations including invitations, joining instructions, etc.
- Ensuring delegates receive a seamless experience throughout their registration journey
- Providing registration support and troubleshooting in relation to the site
- Managing the delegate registration and communication process
- Creating advanced custom data reports to be used in pre-planning and post event
- Managing paid elements within the registration site including invoicing etc.
- Assisting with reconciliation post event
