If you have a strong ,Sales / Admin Customer service background then our client is looking for you
- Day to day management, co-ordination, administration general office duties
- Ordering and provisioning of products and services.
- Setting up client accounts.
- Setting up support cases on line
- Speaking to suppliers and dealing with support cases
- Taking calls, submitting orders, logging faults,.
- Preparing order forms and sending to client on DocuSign
- Filtering calls and dealing with any queries
- Fault Reporting on all products and services on our portals

**This will also involve**
- Resolve order process issues
- Liaise with Suppliers and Engineers
- Ist line support for various products
- Track all issues to a successful conclusion
- Processing equipment Order to suppliers

**Skills required**
- Ideally at least 1-3 years' experience in Admin and Support role.
- Or alternatively B2B Customer Service / Co-ordination experience
- Energetic in personal, written, and telephone interactions.
- **Meticulous organization** and attention to detail.
- Technically competent. MS Office suite.
- Ability to develop and document procedures and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken English as this is a customer service role
- You will also need to be well presented and have excellent communication skills.

Training Provided

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
