**Practice and Clinical Lead - Private Physiotherapy Practice**

**Salary**: c. £45,000 p.a. full time - 40 hours per week. Evening and weekend work as required.

We are looking for a MSK physiotherapist with administrative experience to lead a team of physiotherapists and to oversee the administrative processes of a busy private physiotherapy practice.

This role will assist the Managing Director by being on site to manage the admin and clinical team including patient treatment and liaison, administration management, diary management, staff performance and business development. It is a hands on role as an autonomous MSK physiotherapist with a designated case load of patients and supporting the physiotherapy team with their caseload to deliver exceptional patient care.

For this role you should have:

- Degree or higher qualification in physiotherapy.
- Registration with CSP & HCPC.
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification work experience as an MSK physiotherapist
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional patient care from first contact to discharge.
- Previous administrative experience and financial oversight of a business.
- Previous experience of managing and developing a team.
- Willingness and own transport to work at satellite locations as required
- Flexible approach, can do attitude combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to deliver projects to completion.
- Business development skills.
