Workshop Controller

Batchelors Motor Group are currently looking for a Workshop Controller to join our Service Team at Ripon.

Ideally you will be from a franchised motor retail environment and currently working at Senior or Master Technician status and have either a current or lapsed MOT accrediation. You will have a proven track record of performance with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will also have the ability to lead, coach and develop your team and know how to get the best out of people so they perform to their highest level.

This is a hands-on role; you will be required to manage the workshop, be semi productive, assist the team with any diagnostic issues and carry out quality checks to ensure the quality of work is at the highest level.

- Problem solving within the role parameters

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
