Trainee/Graduate Commercial Negotiator

Our client is looking for a Trainee Commercial Property Negotiator to assist their Commercial Agency Department predominantly in Brighton and Hove, and occasionally further afield. You will be an integral part of the team, reporting to a Managing Director and helping to provide outstanding customer service.

Full time: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm although circumstances may require additional out-of-hours work from time to time.

Salary range: £20,000 - £25,000 - dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Diary management.
- Creating newspaper and media advertisements.
- Uploading new properties, and maintaining listings, onto third-party websites.
- Uploading new properties, and maintaining listings, on the company website.
- Undertaking viewings and site visits with applicants, including making arrangements where required.
- Checking and documenting auction results.
- Adding applicant entries to mailing database, and generally maintaining and organising applicant mailings.
- Generally assisting the Commercial Department as required, including telephone messages, distributing enquiries from portals, dealing with basic enquiries, and reporting to negotiators in respect of enquiries and discussions that have taken place, accompanying and assisting with site surveys /valuations / meetings with clients where appropriate, booking in keys in liaison with Reception, dealing with loan and return of keys where required.
- Preparing and maintaining the window display.
- General admin for the Commercial Department, including setting up of location plans and other information for preparation of brochures, printing /re-stocking of brochures, undertaking mailings to in house applicant database and agent mailing services, ordering of sale /letting boards, initial approval of board invoices, co-ordination of AML ID information and processing of Creditsafe checks and documentation.
- Maintain marketing allowances using excel.

In addition:

- Covering for Reception occasionally.
- Archive filing as required.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
