**Commercial Agency Negotiator
- Brighton - Full time - Hybrid - £25-33K DOE**

My client is currently looking for a commercial Agency Negotiator to generate new business and retain existing clients whilst providing great service. This role will require you to have **prior commercial experience**, and gives you the chance to work for a highly skilled workforce with a flexible approach.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business and conduct market appraisals.
- Provide regular applicant management service.
- Carry out viewings.
- Efficient diary and applicant management.
- Negotiate terms and offers.
- Compliance with the Money Laundering Regulations 2017, as amended.
- Dealing with instructions from confirmation to completion.
- To look for opportunities to pass business onto other departments within the group.
- Production of and sending out e-details
- To keep property software databases on applicants, clients, and transactions updated
- Assist in creating systems to improve service delivery and ensure compliance standards are not compromised.
- Keep updated with legal & planning legislative changes.
- Attend any relevant training courses that are appropriate to the job title and specification.
- To follow the department Service Standards

**Key Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a commercial role is essential.
- Good communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Confidence to deal with people at all levels.
- The ability to work under pressure.
