**Job Description**:

- A customer service role, working in a small office and Admin team within the main retail store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with their inquiries.
- Promptly returning customers missed calls
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Booking and rearranging Appointments
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Cashing up and Banking, using a computerized system
- Logging despatched post

Requirements for the role:

- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is essential
- A high Standard of written and spoken English
- Cash Handling Experience
- A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships with a wide range of people.
- Strong customer focus.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills.

Full time position: 37.5 hours per week; including weekends and Bank Holidays. Salary based on experience. Full training will be given.
