One of our large national restructuring clients are seeking to hire an Insolvency Administrator into their Glasgow based corporate team. The firm has a reputation for working on high quality corporate case work with many of the appointments coming from lendersas well as local accountants and solicitors. They pride themselves on their value add to clients and operating as a collective group to achieve the very best results in each and every situation.
As the new Insolvency Administrator, you will be engaged with various corporate insolvency cases with a focus on client side delivery work. The portfolios range in their diversity but will include mostly CVLs, Administrations of a trading nature, MVLs andCVAs. You will work very closely with the Managers and Associate Directors day to day but still with Partner interaction. You will be helping to shape the growth and foundations for the team in the Scottish market.
Ideally you will have gained 2-3 years' experience as an Insolvency Administrator within at either an accountancy practice or a specialist insolvency independent working on mid-market and SME case files. You must have worked on a caseload consisting of corporateinsolvencies. Not essential to have worked on a trading administration as you will be taught and provided exposure to these type appointments but CVL and MVL experience is essential. Qualifications such as the CPI or Certificate of Insolvency would be highlydesirable but not essential.
