**The role**

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support our Directors, whilst also overseeing the smooth running of the office, ensuring that our people, information and resources are organised.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Providing support to the CEO, CFO and COO on a daily basis
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Diary management
- Expenses management
- Minute taking / report writing
- Prioritising tasks / work for the executive team
- General administrative tasks as and when required
- Proactively ensuring the office runs smoothly and effectively

**Skills**
- A proactive approach to spot potential issues and prevent them from ever arising
- Some travel is required to visit clients, attend events etc
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Office Management experience
- Experience using all Microsoft programmes including excel
- Producing reports/updates and presentations as required
