Turn2us is a national charity tackling poverty and the structural causes of poverty. We work with co-producers and partners to provide people in financial crisis with the means and agency to get back on their feet, build resilience, move forward with their lives and thrive.

You are passionate about tackling financial insecurity and understand how this can impact the lives of people in the UK. Your time management is good, and you are great at managing a dynamic and busy workload, comfortable working with people across different roles, teams, and organisations. You are organised, can work flexibly, and enjoy learning new things. You understand the value of diversity and strive to work in an equitable and inclusive way. You are confident working as part of a team and capable of using your skills and initiative to manage individual responsibilities.

**We are recruiting for two exciting Grant Programmes Officer roles within the National Grants Team. We distribute over £2.5m each year in grants to individuals across three grant programmes. We award grants directly to people seeking financial support and in partnership with other organisations.**

**Each of these roles will focus on one of our grant programmes. Further information about the programmes will be provided during the interview process.**

Turn2us wants to enable an environment where everyone is kept safe from harm and can thrive. We are committed to safeguarding everyone involved in our charity and the work we do.

If you join us at Turn2us, you will start on 25 days annual leave per annum (prorated for part time workers). Each year in the month you joined, you will receive additional years leave up to a maximum of 30 days. On top of this you will receive bank holidays. The charity also offers 2 volunteering days per year to allow staff to gain experiences and skills outside of work for example at a food bank or becoming a trustee at another charity.

We offer flexible working patterns, both in terms of hours and remote working. Please note that all employees are contractually required to work from the office a minimum of 4 days a month. Some roles may be required to be in the office more often than this and this will be agreed with the hiring manager upon starting at Turn2us.
