Accounts Assistant

We are a small accounts practice based in Wolverhampton looking to expand our team.

**Your role**
The responsibilities and requirements for the Accounts Assistant role that we are looking to fill are as follows;
- Preparation of management accounts
- Accounts preparation for Financial Accounts
- Completing Self Assessment tax returns
- General bookkeeping and VAT calculations
- Maintaining P11D benefit in kind records
- Calculation and filing of CIS returns
- Dealing with client queries

**Experience and Skills**:

- Preferably qualified, or part-qualified AAT/ACCA
- Experience using accounts software such as Sage
- Experience using Tax Return software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Able to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Working hours: 9am-5pm

Holiday: 28 days including statutory bank holidays.

Full training to professional qualification offered

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
