**Advantage Healthcare** are seeking compassionate male Support Worker to join our Complex Care Team to support our client in Wickford.

You'll be providing care and support to a 7 year old female adult with Severe Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy, Dystonia. Our client lives at home with her parents. She enjoys sensory toys and her TAC - pack stories.

Her individual needs include
- **Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (**PEG)**:

- **Bladder & Bowel management**:

- **Seizure management**:

- **Ventilation support**:

- **Oral suctioning**:

- **Medication Administration**:

- **Daily living support**

We provide a clinical nurse led training programme to ensure you have the confidence and support to succeed as a Complex Care Assistant.
