**Week 1 08:00-16:00 Week 2 11:00-19:00**

Main Purpose of the Role

Main

**Responsibilities**:
Management of File Updates
- To devise and ensure the implementation of retention and disposal schedules and routinely audit records to ensure compliance with legislative or regulatory requirements;
Recruitment Administration
- To liaise with external bodies and providers to process relevant checks & verifications in line with required standards;
- To ensure that all company policies, procedures and processes are adhered to fully and on time;
- To identify business opportunities and to gather and pass on sales lead information to the Recruitment team accordingly;
- To record comprehensive vacancy details from clients where required and to pass full details to the relevant consultant promptly.
- Adhering to safe recruitment practices illustrated in Direct Medics company policies and Registration with the Care Inspectorate

General
- To project a professional image of the company in all aspects of work including personal presentation of a clean and tidy manner;
- To keep the Recruitment Team informed about any developments, trends or problems relating to clients, prospects or team members;
- To adhere to company policies, processes, procedures, systems and all relevant codes of practice to which the company subscribes;
- To perform any other reasonable tasks or duties from time to time as requested by management.

Person Specification

**Essential**:

- A solid background and understanding of providing outstanding customer service
- Confident knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong appreciation of teamwork to achieve team objectives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and independently

**Desirable**:

- Experience within a similar role where you have demonstrated key skills to assist with both onboarding and yearly updated compliance for key workers within the health and social care sector;
- Experience working in an environment with regulatory, legal and ethical considerations
- Experience working to and exceeding Key Performance Indicators
- Self-motivated and committed to self-development
