**Through our collaborator model and in-house garment design, we create unique collections for all occasions and we're looking for an Buyers Admin Assistant to join our team.**

**This role is based in Manchester, with a requirement to attend the office regularly.**

**A bit about the role**

As a Buyers Admin Assistant, you will support the daily operational functions within your designated product team at ITS. You will learn to develop key cross functional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Supporting the buying teams to deliver their daily work to build commercial trend-led product ranges for the business that are loved by the ITS customer. They are collaborative, organised, great at time management, prioritising their time and making sure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

In partnership with Merchandising and Design; our buying teams are responsible for the delivery of sales and profit targets through delivering fit for purpose, relevant product in collaboration with our celebrities and influencers.

**Your most important tasks**

**Critical Path management**
- Maintaining critical path following sign off to ensure lead times are met and all styles hit delivery dates
- Sample management
- chasing photo samples, first samples and resubs
- Ensure bibles are all up to date with dates and comments

**General Admin**
- Keeping your area tidy and organised
- Assisting buyer with preparing for meetings
- Managing post
- Provide general administrative duties including meeting prep
- Communicating with suppliers and other departments in the business
- Use of google sheets in necessary
- Managing the filing and disposable of all samples

**eCommerce**
- Arranging shoot dates with studio and creative
- Packing for campaign shoots with styling pieces
- Ensuring all details (pricing, compositions, descriptions) are correct before launch

**Quality Management and Product Performance**
- Attending fit sessions and recording comments as required
- Assisting with QC issues

**The way youll work**
- You are great at time management, prioritising your time and making sure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- You bring your best self to work every day, remaining consistently focused and positive, remaining adaptable to fast paced environment
- Reviewing competitors and assisting with trade weekly and comp shops when necessary
- Manage own workload and ensure all communication channels are checked, managed and actioned

**Knowledge, skills and experience**
- Ideally you will have undertaken an internship or similar in a fast fashion business
- Fashion related degree or similar
- Familiar with Microsoft 365/ Google workspace
