As a Technical Author you will work inside the R&D, Design and UX/UI Departments, familiarising yourself with the technology and establishing connections with the individual contributors responsible for these technologies. The Technical authors also form part of the product team, using their knowledge of user experience and workflows to shape product development.

This is a hybrid role, with a compulsory attendance of 2 days a week in the Cambridge office.

Key responsibilities include assisting end users, drafting technical material for various audiences, and collaborating with translators for multi-language support. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Assisting end users on our technology
- Documentation reviews and providing feedback
- Previous experience in technical authorship, either from software or scientific industries,
- The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively,
- A continual improvement mindset,
