**Office Junior**

As an Office Junior at Integrum Site Services Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative operations. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in our systems.
- Coordinate with field staff to schedule site investigations and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organising documents both electronically and physically.
- Support the office manager and other team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- General office duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Educated to A Levels or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Punctual and calm under pressure.
- Previous office experience or relevant internship preferred but not required.
