We are looking for an HSE Coordinator for a 12-month contract based in Inchinnan on behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet’s vital power needs.
**Job description - the role**
**As a HSE Coordinator you will be responsible for**:

- Reviewing and assuring contractor performance.
- Carrying out task categorisation assessments.
- Reporting any incidents.
- HS&E Management Systems.
- Contractor Control Processes.
- Risk Assessment and Method statement (RAMS) review.
- Permit to work writing and reviewing.
- Access control and Site Inductions.
- Statutory and Engineering inspection processes.
- Risk assessment training.
- HSE and Occupational Health for employees.
- Embrace our Zero Harm philosophy.
- Be bold and speak up to challenge non-compliance from both contractors and employees using the correct behaviors.
- Respond to changing conditions with agility whilst maintaining control of the situation at all times.
- Collaborate with cross functional, internal and, external teams.
