Job Introduction
**Imagine if you could change someone's life.** Being a Senior Residential Support Worker at A Wilderness Way means just that. Your skills and experience can truly transform our children’s lives. Our Senior Residential Support Workers go above and beyond to help children who have experienced a difficult past to forge positive pathways towards a brighter future.
Main Responsibilities
We pride ourselves on our sector-leading provision and our commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for the children we look after. As such, we seek the highest calibre SRSW’s who truly have a passion for helping children, as well as the skills and personal qualities to lead others.

You will work collaboratively with our education, therapy and outdoor teams as well as colleagues from the wider sector, keeping the children at the heart of all you do. You will have the support of a dedicated, compassionate, like-minded team, who are all committed to the achievement and wellbeing of both our children and everyone in the AWW community.
You will already have achieved your Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Children and Young People’s Workforce. Ideally you will have experience in the Residential Children's Services sector, or have worked in a similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.
