Our client based South of Norfolk is seeking claims handlers to join their team.

You will be responsible for handling all aspects of incoming claims, ensuring the customer is providing with an outstanding level of customer care and that they (& other relevant parties) are updated throughout the claims process.

Duties to include:

- Effectively handling all aspects of incoming new claims.
- Gathering and analysing the correct information to process the claim, ensuring high levels of accuracy are maintained at all times.
- Regularly communicating with clients, insurers, solicitors and other involved parties throughout the claims process.
- Using the case management system to follow up with any outstanding issues.
- Proactively selling services to clients and other parties.
- General administrative duties related to your role.

You will have/be:

- Insurance claims experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
- Experience with in a customer service focussed role.
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills coupled with the ability to effectively prioritise workload.
- Comfortable working to deadlines in a high-pressured environment.
- Capability to persuade and influence.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A professional and honest approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

This is a full-time, permanent role working9.00am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday with overtime available on Saturdays

The offered salary for this role is £25,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience. Benefits include 21 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, performance & attendance bonus, employee referral programme, employee assistance programme, free parking, cycle to workscheme, regular social evets & more
