Recoveries Handler

Michelle Denny Recruitment is looking to find a Recoveries Handler to join Lancaster Gate’s team located in Diss, Norfolk. The role is permanent full time and there is also a hybrid option. Salary is up to a negotiable £28,500pa, with a monthly performance & attendance related bonus and some lovely benefits on top, some of which are listed below:

As the company continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Recoveries Handler to join a fast-working atmosphere within a busy office. This is an exciting role as you will be managing your own case load, so it is essential to have some experience. This is a dynamic role that involves working both independently and as part of a team.

**Duties**:

- Excellent communication with the clients to give them accurate updates of the claims
- The ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met and to be able to problem solve

**Working hours**:
Monday - Friday - 9am - 5.30pm
