**Job Title**: Secondary Cover Supervisor

**Pay Rate**: £90-102.60

**Location**:North-west London

Anzuk are looking for Secondary Cover Supervisors to support schools around North-west area. We are looking for cover supervisors on both long-term and short-term basis fitting to your individual needs and flexibility.

As a cover supervisor, your role is to help students to complete pre-prepared work and manage the classroom.

**The Role as Cover Supervisor**:

- Manage the classroom environment and promoting positive behaviour
- Provide guidance and support to students to help them stay on task
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Collaborate with teaching staff as a Cover Supervisor to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum
- Swiftly and effectively addressing any disruptions or behavioural issues that may arise

**Requirements as a Cover Supervisor**:

- Previous experience working in a school setting or with young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is an advantage
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards education
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
